fagpost.net is a place for furry community discussion. Be decent to the people behind the usernames and help keep conversations readable.
1. Treat people with respect
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, or encourage others to target someone. Disagreement is fine. Personal abuse is not.
2. Protect people's privacy
Do not share private or identifying information without permission. This includes home addresses, private messages, phone numbers, workplace details, and private photos.
3. Tag NSFW posts
Select the NSFW content warning for any post with sexually explicit, strongly suggestive, fetish, or graphic content. Keep NSFW material out of titles, usernames, avatars, and other places where people cannot avoid it.
4. Post lawful content you have the right to share
Credit artists when you can. Do not post stolen work, illegal material, or private content shared without consent.
5. Keep posts relevant
Follow each den's topic and local rules. Do not spam, manipulate votes, repeatedly repost the same material, or use misleading links.
6. Do not evade moderation
Do not use another account to get around a removal or ban. If you think a decision was wrong, contact the site operator rather than restarting the behavior.
How moderation works
Moderators may remove content, restrict participation, or ban accounts when these rules or the content policy are broken. Serious or repeated violations may lead to a site-wide ban. Context matters, and moderators may act on harmful behavior not described word for word here.

By accessing or using fagpost.net, you agree to these terms, the community rules, and the content policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You sign in through Discord and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Discord account secure and do not sell, transfer, or share access to your fagpost.net account. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the service to work.
You must be old enough to use Discord and fagpost.net under the laws where you live. You must be at least 18 to post or knowingly view sexually explicit content.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you post. You give fagpost.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups, moderation records, or where the law requires retention.
You confirm that you have the right to post your content and that it follows the rules. You are responsible for it.
4. Moderation and account action
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or ban accounts to enforce our policies, protect users, comply with law, or keep the service running. We may preserve removed content and moderation records for safety and review. We do not promise that every report will result in action.
5. The service may change
We may add, change, or remove features and may suspend or end the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes when practical, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
6. Third-party services and links
Discord handles sign-in, and posts may link to services we do not control. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. fagpost.net is not responsible for third-party services or content.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. We make no warranty that it will always be available, secure, or free from errors or harmful content.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, fagpost.net and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law allows.

Discord account details: your Discord ID, Discord username or display name, and avatar.
Profile details: your fagpost.net username, avatar, optional bio, and account dates.
Your activity: posts, comments, and the votes you cast. Public scores do not reveal who voted, but the service stores voter IDs to enforce one vote per account.
Moderation records: reports, report notes, removals, bans, reasons, and moderator audit records.
Security logs: IP addresses and related request information used to detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and investigate security problems.
Session data: an essential session cookie that keeps you signed in, plus server-side session and security tokens. We do not use this cookie for advertising.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, show profiles and community activity, process votes, moderate the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
What is public
Your site username, avatar, bio, posts, comments, scores, and join date may be public. Your Discord ID, individual votes, IP addresses, session data, private report details, and internal moderation records are not public, though moderators may see information they need to handle reports.
Cookies
fagpost.net uses a session cookie for sign-in and account security. Your browser sends it with requests to the service. Blocking it will prevent signed-in features from working. The service does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
When we share information
We may share information with hosting and infrastructure providers that process it for us, with moderators who need it to enforce the rules, when required by law, or when needed to protect people and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Discord
Discord processes your information when you use Discord sign-in. Discord's own privacy policy applies to its service. fagpost.net receives only the account details requested during sign-in.
How long we keep it
Account and public content records are kept while the account or content remains on the service. Deleted or removed content, moderation records, backups, session records, and security logs may be kept for limited periods for abuse prevention, dispute handling, recovery, and legal compliance. Your choices
You can edit or delete your posts and comments using the available controls. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or close your account. Some records may be retained when needed for security, moderation, legal claims, or legal obligations.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will show when it was last revised.

This policy applies to posts, comments, usernames, bios, avatars, links, and uploaded images. Den-specific rules may be stricter.
NSFW content must be tagged
Select the NSFW content warning if a post contains nudity, sexual activity, strongly suggestive material, fetish content, or graphic violence. Posts in NSFW dens are tagged automatically. When in doubt, tag it.
Do not put explicit descriptions or graphic material in the title.
Do not use an NSFW username, avatar, or bio.
Do not post NSFW material in a den that bans it.
You must be at least 18 to post or knowingly view sexually explicit content.
Untagged NSFW content may be removed. Repeated failure to tag it may lead to a ban.
Prohibited content
Do not post or link to:
Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexualized depictions of characters presented as minors.
Sexual content involving real animals.
Non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, or content that appears to show abuse without consent.
Credible threats, instructions to commit violent wrongdoing, or praise and recruitment for terrorist or violent extremist groups.
Targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or encouragement of self-harm.
Hateful attacks or dehumanizing content aimed at people because of a protected characteristic.
Illegal goods or services, malware, phishing, fraud, or instructions meant to steal accounts or data.
Spam, deceptive links, coordinated vote manipulation, or ban evasion.
Copyrighted work or personal information you do not have the right to share.
Impersonation intended to deceive or harm others.
Moderation
Moderators may remove content and restrict or ban accounts. They may consider context, intent, likely harm, and patterns of behavior. Content that is legal can still be removed if it makes the community unusable or breaks a den's rules.
Report violating posts or comments with the Report button. If content may involve immediate danger or child sexual abuse material, do not download or redistribute it. Contact the appropriate local authority and notify bill@fagpost.net.
